Description

MuscleTech VaporX5 is a pre-workout powder with a creatine and amino acid matrix and a caffeine blend. One 9 g scoop provides 1.6 g beta alanine, 1.5 g creatine monohydrate, 1.5 g L-citrulline, 500 mg taurine and 325 mg betaine, plus 150 mg caffeine, 50 mg L-theanine, 50 mg cocoa seed extract and choline. It has 14 kcal per scoop and no added sugar, and the 270 g tub gives 30 servings. Available in Blue Razz Freeze and Fruit Punch Blast flavours.

What is in it (per scoop, from the label)

Musclebuilding and strength matrix (63%): creatine monohydrate, beta alanine, L-citrulline, taurine and betaine anhydrous. Energy and sensory blend: caffeine anhydrous 150 mg, choline bitartrate, L-theanine and cocoa seed extract (standardised for 6% theobromine), with vitamin C 30 mg, niacin 3.5 mg, vitamin B6 0.5 mg and vitamin B12 1 mcg. Sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame-potassium. Contains caffeine: one serving has up to as much caffeine as 1.5 cups of coffee. Processed in a facility that also processes milk, fish, tree nuts and soy.

How to use it (from the label)

Mix 1 scoop with 240 ml of cold water about 30 minutes before your workout. The recommended dose on the label is 2 servings per day; do not exceed 2 scoops in 24 hours and stay well hydrated. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants. For adult use only; not for children, or during pregnancy or nursing. Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition, or before using it for more than 4 weeks.
