MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Whey Gold Whey Protein

Description

MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Whey Gold is a whey protein powder made from a blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and whey peptides. One 33 g scoop provides 24 g of protein and 125 kcal, with 5.3 g of BCAAs and 4.1 g of glutamine that occur naturally in whey protein, and no added sugar. This pack is the Double Rich Chocolate flavour, available in 907 g and 1.72 kg tubs.

What is in it (from the label)

Ingredients: protein blend (95%) of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and whey peptides, alkalised cocoa, chocolate flavours, soy and sunflower lecithin, gums (xanthan, carrageenan and a cellulose gum), salt, the sweeteners acesulfame-potassium and sucralose, and silicon dioxide. Per scoop the label shows 3.8 g carbohydrate, 1.7 g total sugars, 0 g added sugars, 1.7 g fat and 140 mg sodium. The brand says the whey is made with a cold microfiltration process. It contains milk and soy, and is processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts and fish.

How to use it (from the label)

Mix 1 scoop with 175-200 ml of cold water or skim milk in a shaker cup and take it between meals or before and after exercise, up to 2 servings a day. For adult use only; not for children, or during pregnancy or nursing. Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition.
