Returns, Refund & Exchange policies

Exchange policy:

Within 7 days of receiving the product, you can exchange a product purchased and get the replacement only on below circumstances:

  1. If the product delivered to you is different from the product you ordered
  2. If the product size/ flavor delivered is different from what was ordered
  3. If the remaining shelf life of the product is lesser than the expiry date of the product

The replacement product will be shipped within 2-4 days after we receive your product for exchange. Please note that the product you are returning must be untampered and unused with all labels/tags intact.

Return and Refund Policy:

Within 7 days of receiving the product, you can return a product purchased and get the refund only on below circumstances:

  1. If the product delivered to you is different from the product you ordered
  2. If the product size/ flavor delivered is different from what was ordered

The refund will be initiated to your original source of payment within 2-4 working days after we receive the product that you are returning. Please note that the product you are returning must be untampered and unused with all labels/tags intact. If you need the return to be processed to a bank account other than the one through which the payment was made, please contact us at hello@fitnfabnutrition.in with the order ID.

FAQs

Q: What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

A: If an item is found damaged or you order has missing units as compared to the ordered quantity, please send a picture of the outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number and images of products received with invoice copy to our expert customer care team at hello@fitnfabnutrition.in or whatsapp / call us on +91-7904022066.
We will revert back within 12-24 business hours regarding your concern.

Once the investigation is over, below will be the process if

Your order seems to have missing units / items:

  • We will ship the missing units at the earliest. In the rare scenario of unavailability of the product, we will contact you regarding the same and you may choose to wait till the product is available again / opt for alternate product(s) / request refund

 Your order seems to have defective items:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to feasibility on your pincode) which typically takes 1 – 2 working days as per our courier partner
  • Our quality team will inspect the product once it reaches back our warehouse
  • Replacement / refund will be provided as per your request in case of positive response from our quality team.

Note: We request you to raise your concerns within 7 days of receiving the product along with the product images and unboxing videos.

Cases where returns/replacement are not applicable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Dislike of flavor
  • Fitness equipment unless it is damaged in transit
  • Tampered products with missing serial or UPC numbers
  • Any damage or defect which is not covered under manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including box and all other items which originally included with the product(s) delivered
