Each soft gel provides 1,000 mg of fish oil, which supplies 300 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, made up of 180 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 120 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The enteric coating is there to avoid a fishy aftertaste, and the brand states the oil is ultra-pure, filtered and third-party tested. This pack holds 100 soft gels.

Per soft gel: 10 kcal and 1 g total fat. Other ingredients: fish body oil (anchovy), gelatin, glycerin, water and an enteric coating (methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer, polyethylene glycol). It contains fish (anchovy), so it is not suitable for vegetarians or anyone with a fish allergy.
How to use it (from the label)
Take 1 soft gel once daily with a glass of water and do not exceed the recommended daily usage. For adult use only; not for children, or during pregnancy or nursing. Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition. Store in a cool, dry place and do not use if the packaging has been tampered with.
