Description

MuscleTech Platinum Multivitamin is a multivitamin tablet that provides 18 vitamins and minerals plus a herbal matrix with green coffee bean extract, grape seed extract, turmeric extract, amla extract and echinacea extract. One tablet a day gives 100% of the RDA shown on the label for vitamins A, C, E, B6 and B12, and the tablet is vegetarian. This pack holds 60 tablets.

What is in it (per tablet, from the label)

Each 1.73 g tablet contains vitamin A 1000 mcg, vitamin C 80 mg, vitamin D 10 mcg, vitamin E 10 mg, thiamine 1.4 mg, riboflavin 2 mg, niacin 14 mg, vitamin B6 1.9 mg, folate 300 mcg, vitamin B12 2.2 mcg, biotin 40 mcg, pantothenic acid 5 mg, zinc 13.3 mg, copper 1 mg, calcium 160 mg, magnesium 145 mg, manganese 2.2 mg and molybdenum 10 mcg. The herbal matrix per tablet is green coffee extract 100 mg, grape seed extract 50 mg, turmeric extract 50 mg, amla extract 25 mg and echinacea extract 15 mg, with choline, inositol, amylase, papain and boron.

How to use it (from the label)

Take 1 tablet once daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed 1 tablet in a 24-hour period. For adult use only; not for children, or during pregnancy or nursing. Store in a cool, dry place and do not use if the packaging has been tampered with. Allergen information: processed in a facility that also processes milk, fish, tree nuts and soy.
